Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage projects within the Senior Living, Healthcare, and Commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and deliver regular project reports, proposals, status reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven working experience in project management, particularly in Senior Living, Healthcare, and Commercial sectors.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
