General Manager – Beer Hall

Job Description:
The Guild Brewing Company, Rhode Island’s largest craft brewery, is hiring a General Manager at its flagship location in Pawtucket for its beer hall and beer garden. The General Manager’s position is responsible for executing all on-premise activities including management of staff, inventory control, POS systems and most importantly, executing a great customer experience in line with The Guild Brewing Company’s brand.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
· Assisting in developing a comprehensive retail program
· Procurement and inventory management
· Day-to-day POS system and financial management
· Management of staff
· Assist in the development of the promotional calendar
· Working closely with events manager in execution of events and festivals
· Lead customer service – “Guest first mentality”
Requirements:
· 3+ years related experience in the bar/restaurant industry
· Deep understanding and appreciation of the craft beer industry
Must be available to support 8-hour shift, weekend and holiday schedules as required.
