Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns and landscapes for residential and commercial clients, ensuring high-quality results and attention to detail.
• Meet weekly production goals as set by the team lead or supervisor.
• Respond to customer questions, comments, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Demonstrate knowledge of company programs and effectively communicate them to clients.
• Clean and properly store trucks and equipment daily.
• Safely and efficiently operate lawn maintenance equipment, including commercial mowers, edgers, string-trimmers, shears, and blowers.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment, such as replacing and sharpening blades, and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Use hand tools such as rakes, shovels, pruners, and loppers for various landscaping tasks.
• Prune shrubs and trees, mow lawns, trim, and edge landscape features as needed.
• Remove trash and litter from customer sites to maintain a clean appearance.
• Assist with snow removal services during the winter season as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in grounds maintenance or a related industry.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications (e.g., G Suite).
• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in varying weather conditions, including heat and cold.
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing 50 to 90 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a truck with a trailer.
• Must be 20 years of age or older for insurance purposes.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Compensation

The starting pay for this position is $16.00 - $18.00 per hour , depending on experience.
