Pay: $23-26/hr (depending on experience)

About Our Client:

Our client is seeking a polished and organized HR Assistant to provide support to their HR team. This role involves handling a wide variety of administrative HR tasks, scheduling, and managing onboarding/offboarding processes.

Job Description:

The HR Assistant will support the HR team by managing administrative tasks, regulating the promotion process, and ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding procedures. This position requires strong organizational skills and a high level of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a variety of administrative HR tasks, ensuring efficient support for the HR department.
  • Schedule meetings, oversee promotion processes, gather necessary paperwork, and send letters.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Create meeting agendas and record meeting minutes for HR-related meetings.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of HR support experience.
  • Nonprofit experience is a plus!
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; HRIS knowledge (Workday) is a nice to have.
  • Highly polished, organized, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (equivalent experience may compensate).
