Position Summary This position is part of the Corporate Affairs team, implementing an enterprise-wide program to centralize all executed agreements onto a single software platform. The Lead Director will support planning, oversight, and coordination efforts to simplify access and use of executed contracts, driving governance, process, reporting, communication, and resource management, including project management disciplines. The role offers significant exposure to business segment, functional, and corporate leaders. The ideal candidate is an advocate, change agent, and trusted advisor who can drive engagement and adoption, blending project management, legal contract knowledge, vendor engagement, and technical skills to lead program implementation. Key responsibilities include leading activities related to implementation, adoption, governance, compliance, and data reporting. The role requires collaboration across functions to secure resources and manage budgets, risks, and roadblocks to ensure timely and within-budget delivery. This individual will be a strategic thinker, resilient amidst dynamic workloads and complex problems, fostering trust and collaboration among business, finance, and technology partners. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget. Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic project plans and objectives. Identify stakeholders, establish communication channels, and manage expectations. Develop risk mitigation strategies and monitor project risks, implementing contingency plans as needed. Monitor expenditures and ensure adherence to financial constraints. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management. Identify and implement improvements in project and program management processes. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, setting responsibilities and motivating team members. Promote an environment of innovation, collaboration, and strategic thinking. Communicate effectively with legal and business stakeholders, influencing without authority. Build and maintain strong relationships across technical and non-technical teams. Operate with a disciplined approach to process, data, and project management, mindful of audience needs. Manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight timelines. Identify and implement best practices, fostering a growth mindset. Work closely with vendors to facilitate stakeholder success using the solution. Apply strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, learning quickly and being self-motivated. Qualifications Required: 10+ years of experience leading large-scale initiatives. 7+ years managing complex, high-value programs. 5+ years in a large matrix organization. 3+ years developing high-impact presentations for senior leaders. Preferred: Master's in Business Administration (preferred). Proficiency with MS Office, QuickBase, SharePoint. Paralegal or Project Management certifications (preferred). Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Compensation & Benefits The typical pay range is $100,000 - $231,540, depending on experience and other factors. The role includes eligibility for bonuses, incentives, and equity awards.
