View Saved Jobs Save job Job type Permanent Location Houston, Texas Profession Construction Industry Construction Pay $110,000 to $135,000 Share job Project Manager Your new company A successful and established GC working mainly on Laboratory (Higher Education), Manufacturing, and Office projects. Has a good backlog of projects and steady workflow due to a solid list of repeat clients. Your new role Project Manager - Mostly an office-based position, very little travel involved. May manage multiple projects at a time, depending on the size of projects (typically between $1M to $15M). What you'll need to succeed 10-15 years' experience in construction, with the majority of that time spent in a Project Management position Background in Healthcare, Industrial Buildings, or Higher Education is preferred, but any commercial background will be considered.
