Responsibilities

• Show residential properties to prospective buyers and renters

• Ensure homes are prepared and presentable prior to showings
• Coordinate with clients, team members, and listing agents for smooth appointments
• Stay up to date with local market conditions and inventory

Qualifications

• Active real estate license in PA
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule
• Tech-savvy and able to navigate scheduling tools, CRM systems, and MLS
• Self-motivated, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude
