Job Description

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the department to effectively install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures, plumbing, and electrical systems in resort buildings and restaurants.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and Supervise : Direct the maintenance team, assign tasks, and ensure timely, documented completion of all work.
• Preventative Maintenance : Develop and manage a comprehensive program covering HVAC, smoke detectors, door locks, and other critical systems.
• System Repairs and Upkeep : Maintain and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and life safety systems; perform light carpentry and painting.
• Compliance and Safety : Conduct life safety training, maintain regulatory compliance (OSHA), and keep accurate maintenance records.
• Guest and Property Support : Respond to maintenance requests, oversee vendor relations, manage inventory, and ensure the resort’s appearance and safety.
