Eaton's IS AER FED division is currently seeking a Operations Associate.
The hours for this role are 7 am to 3:30 pm
The hourly rate for this position is $20.64 per hour.

What you'll do:
The Ops Associate will support the operations and production team with inventory, cycle counting, order rework and repacking, electronic and physical auditing, and daily production data entry. This position will require someone with strong attention to detail and someone who has strong computer skills.
Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions
Cycle Counting
- Works with operators to accurately record cycle counts for raw materials (e.g. WIP)
- Communicates cycle count feedback to supply chain team members
- Completes cycle count paperwork accurately and on time
Repacking
- Use computer and ARC system (Packing Instruction Software) to pack and label hose and product
- Repack any requests from supply chain and/or quality team (e.g. communicated via email, Microsoft Teams, or in person)
- Sort, relabel, and repack hose in appropriate boxes with correct hose tags and box labels
- Accurately record repack transactions in MFGPro (MRP software on computer)
- Pack hose based on unique packing instructions
MFGPro Audits
- Review production paperwork, electronic transactions, and MFGPro standards to ensure inventory accuracy and cost accuracy (e.g. reviewing labor, footage, etc.)
- Escalate discrepancies and findings from MFGPro audits to front line leaders in a timely manner
Production Data Entry
- Collect and document manually populated production data from facility production cells
- Maintain accuracy of visual production data (e.g. graphs, tables)
Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
- Ability to read different units of measure (e.g. pounds, feet, yards)
- Ability to communicate effectively with various teams within the plant
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use Microsoft Access and Excel, MFGPro, and other computer software
- Ability to capture clear photos
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 30 pounds unaided
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
- Minimum one year experience in Microsoft Excel
- Minimum one year experience working in a manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years working in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum one year experience operating a forklift
- Minimum one year experience cycle counting
- Minimum one year experience in Microsoft Access
- Minimum one year experience completing transactions in MFGPro
