A-Line Staffing is now hiring Pharmacy Packaging Associates in Louisville, KY.
The Pharmacy Packaging Associate would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full-time / 40+ hours per week.

Pharmacy Packaging Associate Compensation

• The pay for this position is $18.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Pharmacy Packaging Associate Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required schedule is Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM or until completion
• Weekends Off!

Pharmacy Packaging Associate Responsibilities

• Pack individual prescription orders for direct-to-patient shipment
• Follow on-screen prompts at pack stations to complete continuous order fulfillment
• Maintain a clean and organized packing area
• Ensure packaging meets company quality and accuracy standards
• Safely lift up to 50 lbs unassisted as required

Pharmacy Packaging Associate Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must obtain Kentucky Board of Pharmacy Technician License after hire (at the individual’s expense)
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable standing for the entire shift
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Preferred Qualifications

• Near-spotless attendance in previous roles
• Prior experience in pharmacy, fulfillment, or packaging environments
