Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, intellectually curious Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join the Health & Longevity Division of our clinical team. You will work directly alongside our medical director, health optimization coaches, and operational specialists to deliver elite-level care with measurable outcomes. You will play a key role in interpreting biomarker data, curating patient protocols, executing longevity-focused treatment plans, and supporting our mission to reverse chronic disease and optimize human performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Work in close collaboration with physicians and clinical staff to deliver proactive, personalized care
• Evaluate lab results and diagnostic data to inform precision-based treatment plans
• Manage and monitor protocols for nutrition/lifestyle interventions, hormones, peptides, biologics, nutraceuticals, and other advanced therapies
• Educate patients on interventions related to sleep, nutrition, exercise physiology, emotional / mental health, stress management, and pharmacology
• Coordinate follow-ups, prescribe medications, order labs, and document clinical decisions
• Participate in case reviews and strategy sessions to optimize patient outcomes
• Ensure clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and seamless patient experience
• Continuously refine workflows, contribute to SOPs, and bring fresh ideas to an innovation-first environment

What You Bring

• Active Florida license
• 3+ years of high volume patient care experience
• Deep interest in human performance optimization and longevity science
• An openness to learning and executing Onelife’s protocols
• Excitement about spending the required time with patients to properly educate them about metabolic health, nutrition, lifestyle, hormone replacement, supplements, peptides, and regenerative therapies
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with EHR systems, telemedicine tools, and remote collaboration
• Exceptional communication, clinical intuition, and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Committed to continuous learning and lifelong curiosity
