No relocation is offered.** AT&T is on a journey to transform its role in the market with the adoption of 5G. This high-profile role sits within the AT&T Business Product organization. You will be a critical member of the Business Mobility product team that is responsible for managing existing and launching new mobility network solutions and value-added mobility services to market. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the delivery of critical network infrastructure products (e.g., Inbuilding Solutions and Private Cellular Networks), ensuring AT&T's competitive position, driving adoption of mobility solutions and significantly growing revenue. The role requires technical leadership, strong cellular network expertise, business acumen and the ability to communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical business clients. **Key Roles and Responsibilities** + Leads technical evaluations, requirements gathering, documentation, roadmaps and timelines + Leads technical workstreams for Product Management to bring new products to market from minimal viable product to general availability + Partners closely with network and technical delivery teams to ensure successful solution delivery + Defines solution requirements based on customer need and corporate strategy, including the ability to convert to clearly understood execution requirements + Leads core teams responsible for the delivery and execution of cellular coverage enhancements, private cellular networks, or other emerging cellular network technologies + May also be asked to vet and/or incubate emerging technologies to decipher applicability within the cellular product portfolio Education + Bachelor's degree required; or equivalent experience + Master's degree preferred in Business, Science, Engineering; or equivalent experience Experience: + Typically requires 7+ years' experience Qualifications: + Required: Advanced technical knowledge of mobility systems and solutions and an in-depth functional awareness of core mobility networks. Ability to capture and prioritize most important customer needs and technical requirements into baseline documents for product design and technical development. Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical related roles + Preferred: Expertise in Product management and agile development, skilled in market research, requirements gathering, business case development, and analytics Relocation: No Supervisory: No Our Principal Solution Architecture earns between $141,300 - $237,400.
