We are seeking a strategic and insights-driven Product Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Business Stakeholders to shape product direction through data-informed decisions. Your work will influence product strategy, roadmap prioritization, user experience improvements, and overall product performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product Managers to define success metrics, monitor performance, and evaluate product impact.
• Analyze product usage data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product features based on qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Translate business and user problems into analytical questions, and present actionable recommendations clearly.
• Design and execute A/B tests to validate hypotheses and assess the impact of product changes.
• Create intuitive dashboards and reports to support data-informed decision-making across the product organization.
• Conduct user segmentation and journey analysis to better understand engagement, retention, and churn.
• Contribute to product roadmap planning through prioritization frameworks and tradeoff analysis.
• Champion a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and customer-centricity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a Product Analyst, Product Manager, or Data Analyst role with product-facing responsibilities.
• Understanding of product lifecycle, customer feedback loops, and feature adoption metrics.
• Deep understanding of product metrics, experimentation design, and cohort/user analysis.
• Ability to turn complex data into compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong business acumen and a passion for improving customer experiences.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python, R, or other data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Experience with A/B testing, user segmentation, and cohort analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and independently.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, SQL and ETL processes.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for data analytics.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management and customer journey analytics.
