Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $34-37 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm

Location: (Schenectady, NY)

• What’s a typical day as Program Manager? You’ll be: Acting as the focal point for the Renewable Customer Service (RCS) portal.
• Leading the revamp and optimization of RCS systems and processes.
• Collaborating with engineering to accelerate disposition cycles and reduce turnaround times.
• Contributing to daily warranty alignment meetings with internal teams.
• Tracking, reporting, and driving progress against KPIs.
• Documenting, planning, and executing program improvements in alignment with leadership goals.

• This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have proven experience with data management tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability in managing complex programs.
• Have experience working with engineering and technical teams in a collaborative environment.
• Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
• Have the ability to document processes, plan programs, and execute against milestones.
• Have experience in customer-facing roles or technical support functions.
• Are familiar with program or project management methodologies.
• Are comfortable presenting updates and metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
