Location: Remote (Global Team | HQ in Miami, FL) Contract: Freelance/Contract to start (with potential for long-term engagement), flexible working arrangement Experience Required: 5+ Years We’re looking for a seasoned SEO Manager to lead our clients’ organic growth strategies from the ground up. You’ll be the architect of search visibility, owning technical audits, content optimization, link-building, and SEO reporting. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics and creativity and enjoys collaborating with both content and design teams. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and present actionable recommendations. Lead keyword research and mapping for both new and existing content strategies. Optimize site structure, page speed, metadata, and on-page elements to drive organic growth. Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies including backlink analysis and acquisition. Collaborate with developers and content creators to implement SEO best practices. Monitor and report on SEO performance using GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and related tools. Stay updated on algorithm changes and lead strategic pivots as needed Interface with clients when necessary to explain performance, strategies, and outcomes. Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record of performance improvements. Proficiency with tools such as SEMrush, SearchAtlas, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Search Console. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress (Figma experience a plus). Excellent communication skills. Fluent spoken and written English is a must. Familiarity with content marketing and the role SEO plays in broader digital strategies. Strong organizational and project management skills, with comfort working across teams and effectively managing multiple client projects.
