Job Description The Senior Growth Strategy Analysts primary responsibilities with be to aggregate data from various data sources, build financial models and derive insights in order to spearhead growth initiatives, drive advanced analytics and achieve operational efficiencies in support of the Head of Growth Operations and the greater Growth Organization. The candidate for this role should expect to work in a versatile and often ambiguous environment, working on problems with no clear line of sight while leveraging best-in-class tooling and financial modeling. The Growth Operations team works as a collaborative unit and is often at the forefront of firm-wide initiatives, driving results across the enterprise. This will be a highly visible role and the candidate should be comfortable driving projects from ideation through presentation to business group leaders and department heads. Locations targeted that we will be adjacent to our Cetera hubs are: Dallas, TX, Des Moines, IA, St. Paul & St. Cloud, MN, San Diego, CA; El Segundo, CA.
What You Will Do: •Identify, collect and analyze data needed to support the creation of advanced analytics, business insights and data stories to be distributed to leaders and team members
•Analyze data to support the delivery of ad-hoc data requests as needed.
•Serve as a resource for data related needs across the team to support projects that are varied in scope and complexity.
•Collaborate and consult with team to understand the business outcomes, data requirements, and reporting needed, to deliver analysis effectively in a timely manner.
•Develop presentations and reporting that helps to visualize the results, recommendations, and forecasts.
•Automate data collection, reporting, and distribution where possible
•Assists with special projects and initiatives as needed.
What You Need to Have: •Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or related field or equivalent
•Minimum 5 years of experience in financial modeling in Excel including advanced functions and formulas
•Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics including the ability to comfortably write intermediate to advanced SQL queries for aggregating and automating custom data sets & analytics
•Intermediate experience with visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Alteryx and Snowflake
•Working knowledge of Salesforce and building custom reporting solutions
•Comfortable learning new tooling such as Airtable and AI tooling
•Ability to take a data and insight-driven approach to creating reports by leveraging large data sets

•Ability to make contributions and work both independently and as part of a team in a virtual environment across multiple locations
•Strong communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with multiple internal stakeholder groups
•Advanced to expert level acumen leveraging MS Excel
•Knowledge and understanding of Salesforce
•Ability to manage high volumes under tight deadlines
Travel Requirements: Up to 5%
Compensation: The base annual salary range for this role is $70,000 to $85,000 plus a performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
