Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $350,000.00/yr

Responsibilities:

• Design, build and scale backend infrastructure that manages real time data and high-concurrency production environments.
• Collaborate with research, product and UX teams to deliver seamless, scalable agent experiences.
• Deploy and iterate rapidly with immediate user feedback in live environments.
• Solve complex technical challenges related to systems, infrastructure, and AI integration.
• Influence product direction by identifying user needs and translating them into scalable solutions.

Requirements:

• 2-8+ years building scalable backend systems.
• Proficiency in Python, React and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of scalable system architecture, data management and cloud/containerization (AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a user centric mindset.
• An entrepreneurial drive with a bias for building, iterating, and shipping.
• A top-tier CS foundation and systems thinking mindset.

Bonus: Experience with LLMs, multi-agent systems or prior work in advanced AI systems.
