Warehouse & Inventory Associate – South Florida
Support patient care by keeping our operations running smoothly.

Position Summary
KidneySPA is seeking a dependable Warehouse & Inventory Associate to support inventory management, stock maintenance, and minor facility repairs across our South Florida dialysis centers, specifically those located in the Health District and Coral Gables. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations (or designee), you will ensure accurate tracking, replenishment, and distribution of supplies for both hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis programs.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, unload, and check in shipments
• Pull and pack orders, stock supplies, and maintain organized storage areas
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, process orders, and reconcile discrepancies
• Conduct routine inventory counts and update records in our tracking system
• Coordinate product returns and shipping of parcels
• Perform light maintenance and minor repairs at various facilities
• Research products, support purchases, and assist with clerical tasks
• Transfer supplies between locations as needed
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and proper use of PPE

Skills & Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under pressure
• Excellent communication and basic math skills
• Comfortable working non-standard hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends) as needed
• Ability to lift/move 10–50 lbs regularly; occasionally 100+ lbs
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Education & Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred
• 1–2 years of warehouse, inventory, or facilities support experience (clinical setting preferred)
